  1. Overview: At RH Capital / upstox, we are committed to providing exceptional research reports and algorithmic trading services. We value our customers and aim to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. This refund policy explains the conditions under which refunds are issued.

 

  1. Eligibility for Refund: Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:

 

Research Reports:

           If you are not satisfied with a research report, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the report has not been downloaded.

           If a report is found to be significantly different from its description or contains major errors, a refund may be granted after review.

           For periodic subscriptions, following section will apply.

Algorithmic Trading Access:

           For monthly subscriptions, refunds are available if requested within 14 days of the initial subscription, provided that no more than 10 trades have been executed using our algorithms.

           Annual subscriptions can be refunded on a prorated basis within 30 days of the subscription start date, provided that no more than 30 trades have been executed.

 

  1. Non-Refundable Items Certain items are not eligible for refunds:

           Research reports that have been downloaded.

           Algorithmic trading subscriptions after the trial period (if applicable).

           Services that have been fully utilized or consumed.

 

  1. Refund Process To request a refund, please follow these steps:

           Review and Approval: Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information to process your refund.

           Refund Issuance: If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

 

  1. Partial Refunds In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:

           If a subscription has been partially used, a prorated refund may be provided based on the usage.

 

  1. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that there may be exceptional circumstances that warrant a refund outside of the stated policy. Please contact our customer support team to discuss your situation, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

  1. Subscription Cancellations

           Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.

           Annual Subscriptions: You may cancel your annual subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Prorated refunds may be provided if the cancellation occurs within the first 30 days.

 

  1. Changes to the Refund Policy: RH Capital / upstox reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all purchases made after the policy change.
